I know how it feels to be silenced (as a woman) while carrying difficult stories. In particular, I understand the ethereal nature of ancestral stories, the way they tend to show up in one’s life only to vanish and reappear in the life of another family member if left untold. I am dedicated to unsilencing myself as a story carrier and working with other women who are called to give birth to ancestral tales that have been hidden or kept secret.
